The Social Administration is responsible for authority exercise, ordering services, and managing operations within the areas of individual and family care, LSS, and social psychiatry. Your tasks

We are now expanding our daily operations Fenix and are looking for 2-3 support assistants who want to be part of a workgroup that creates a meaningful and stimulating everyday life for our employees. Your task is to support and guide the employees in their daily activities through a pedagogical approach and a low-arousal response. We work to strengthen each individual's independence and participation based on their own conditions and needs.

Your tasks include creating and following individual plans, such as schedules and checklists to support the employee's own abilities. You will document in the operational system Treserva and write implementation plans according to the IBIC (Individual's Needs in Center) approach.

Your workplace

The daily operations Fenix is aimed at participants with high care needs. We sing and play music together every day. We also offer activities in creative arts, quizzes, baking, walks, movements, outdoor activities, and excursions. The daily operations Fenix is located in Skäggetorp's center.

The workgroup currently consists of one support pedagogue and three support assistants. We started the operations after the summer of 2025, and now we are taking the next step and expanding the operations with an additional 2-3 support assistants. We offer places for about 10 participants.

You will work daytime Monday to Friday.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a recognized education from the healthcare and social care program, the child and leisure program, or has another education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience from work in care, support, and social services as well as experience working with various functional variations and disabilities.

We work with alternative augmentative communication (AAC), signs as support (TSS), pedagogical methods, and low-arousal responses, and therefore we see it as meritorious if you have knowledge in these areas. It is also meritorious if you have previously worked with mobility aids.

The work involves a lot of contacts and documentation, which means that it is a requirement that you can communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and document in digital systems. Furthermore, it is meritorious if you have experience in establishing implementation plans.

As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks and drive your work forward. You also work well with others and listen and communicate clearly. You are flexible and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. It is also important that you have an empathetic ability and can understand others' perspectives and situations.
