Brevik has over 70 years of experience in organizing camps for children and youth. It involves a lot of outdoor life, adventure, and paddling, but also sports and games, along with a bunch of other crazy ideas that can only be experienced at camp. Being a leader at a summer camp is a demanding but rewarding task. It means being both a friend and a role model, and being able to lend a helping hand to the participants. While encouraging participants to give their best, you must also be able to set boundaries and create order.

To be a leader, you must be 18 years or older. Your assignment usually spans a 4-week period but can also be shorter. You should ideally have experience working with children and youth and be prepared to stay here at the camp. You will gain wonderful camaraderie, friends for life, a fantastic environment, leadership training, and food & accommodation.
