Company Nurse/Case Manager - Process Leader in Rehabilitation

Feelgood is growing, and we are strengthening our team in Torslanda with a Company Nurse/Case Manager - process leader in preventive and follow-up rehabilitation.

At the Torslanda unit, we currently have about 30 employees. Our operations are characterized by joy at work, participation, intercollegial and solution-oriented spirit, and pride in creating a sustainable working life. We are located in bright and well-adapted premises on the Volvo Cars area.

Job Description as Company Nurse and Case Manager:

As a Company Nurse at Feelgood, you will work with rehabilitation, motivational interviewing, preventive workplace efforts, health examinations, and medical controls, but also vaccinations, sample collections, managing harmful use, and drug testing are common tasks. The role includes conducting training and working health-promoting at individual, group, and organizational levels.

As a Case Manager at Feelgood, you will work process-oriented with a systematic and goal-oriented approach to early identify risks and ill health in the workplace, support managers and HR, and provide suggestions for measures related to health-promoting and rehabilitative efforts. You facilitate the work for both the employer and the individual employee by being an independent party. You support managers in their roles related to employee care, rehabilitation responsibilities, and systematic workplace efforts.

You will have a close and interactive dialogue with our clients, creating opportunities for early interventions aimed at promoting health in working life. Your role includes close and cross-functional collaboration with other experienced and helpful colleagues in the team, such as company doctors, company nurses, physiotherapists, ergonomists, psychologists, behavioral scientists, nursing assistants, etc.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse, and it is advantageous if you have company nurse training and/or experience working in occupational health. You need to have an interest in working with work-oriented rehabilitation, managerial support, and HR issues.

You should be able to structure and plan your work and drive your work with consistent and high quality. As a person, you are goal-oriented but can also adapt and change your approach if circumstances change. You have a passionate interest in people in working life and enjoy working consultatively. It is important that you are a good team player, enjoy collaboration, and see the value in utilizing the team's competencies to meet customer needs. Feelgood works broadly with digital delivery and video visits, and this is something we are constantly developing. Good IT skills are therefore a prerequisite for you to succeed in your work with us. You should also have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is a permanent employment and primarily involves daytime work, but evenings and nights may occur. Start date by agreement, we apply a 6-month probationary period. Employment degree: Full-time/part-time
