Company Doctor/Specialist in Occupational Medicine at Feelgood in Gothenburg
Feelgood is growing and we need to strengthen our team in Gothenburg with an additional Company Doctor/Specialist in Occupational Medicine who is passionate about working with preventive and follow-up occupational rehabilitation.
At the unit in Gothenburg City, we currently have about 30 employees who are driven to create health-promoting work environments at our clients' workplaces. Our operations are characterized by joy at work, participation, inter-collegial and solution-oriented spirit, as well as pride in creating a sustainable working life. We are located in newly built, bright, and well-adapted premises in central Gothenburg, both on Östra Hamngatan and in Gamlestaden.

Job Description:
As a company doctor at Feelgood, you will meet employees from companies in many different industries and professional areas. In your daily work, you are a support to company management, individual managers, HR departments, and employees in matters related to health, work, and rehabilitation. Your focus is on the employee in relation to their work, and together with the employer and the team at Feelgood, you will work towards a health-promoting work environment. In your role as a company doctor, the ability to see the connection between work, life situation, and performance is an important aspect that is highly valued. We also see that you have a business-like and consultative approach, as well as being relationship-building and able to maintain good customer relationships. In your role as a company doctor, it is important that you are a good team player and enjoy working in close cross-functional collaboration with your other colleagues in the unit; Case Managers, psychologists, physiotherapists/ergonomists, company nurses, and occupational safety engineers.
Responsibilities of the Company Doctor:
- Proactive and health-promoting initiatives related to work life.
- Work-oriented rehabilitation in close cross-functional collaboration with other colleagues and external parties.
- Statutory medical checks in the workplace.
- Medical assessments and work capacity assessments.
- Travel medicine vaccination advice.
- International certificates for expatriates.
We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with specialist training in occupational medicine or who is trained in and can independently perform medical checks with fitness certificates. To succeed in the role, you are decisive, responsible, and structured. With us, you work daytime, weekdays with great opportunities to influence your working hours. We have good conditions for creating a good and pleasant working environment with ample visiting hours for each individual. Feelgood works broadly with digital delivery, video visits are included in your daily tasks. Good IT skills are therefore a prerequisite for you to succeed in your work with us. You handle Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

A valid driver's license and access to a personal car are required for the position.
The position is a permanent full-time employment, but the degree of employment can be discussed, and we apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
