Substitutes | School and Leisure | F-9

Join our substitute team!

Internationella Engelska Skolan Liljeholmen is one of Sweden's largest primary schools with classes from F-9 and leisure activities with approximately 1200 students. We are now looking for individuals to join our local substitute bank at the school. We use daily substitutes to replace regular staff during absences.

Responsibilities

• Substitutes for leisure activities F-6
• Substitutes as class teachers F-3
• Substitutes as teachers in specific subjects F-9 (practical and theoretical)

As a substitute, you will receive a plan and structure to follow for the day regardless of which role you are replacing. The school is bilingual, so it is beneficial if you can speak both Swedish and English, but it is sufficient to master one of the languages.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is interested in working with children and young people in school or leisure activities. We hope to find someone who can easily build good relationships, collaborate, and lead groups. You do not need prior experience, but we place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for various types of competencies for the team. It is advantageous if you have the ability to be a safe and clear adult. If you are familiar with what a low-arousal approach means, it is a merit.

Other

Lessons take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the school, and our leisure activities are open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Substitute times vary from day to day depending on needs and your availability.
