About the role
We are now looking for an experienced delivery coordinator who excels in project management to join our team. The role combines operational coordination with project management – from planning and resource allocation to follow-up and development. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries and installations to the end customer. You will work closely with our sales department, our internal teams of technicians and drivers, and external partners across the country. All to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is outgoing and socially active in professional contexts, creating contacts and maintaining relationships. You are responsible and have a good ability to structure your work while also driving, developing, and refining your processes. Furthermore, you are efficient, goal-oriented, and focused on results, and in situations where the work pace is somewhat higher, you remain calm, stable, and controlled.
Your responsibilities
- Project manage and coordinate deliveries from start to finish, including scheduling, resource booking, and follow-up.
- Be the primary contact person for customers in ongoing delivery projects.
- Ensure that deliveries are made according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Handle deviations, problem-solving, and risk management during the project.
- Coordinate work with warehouses, drivers, and technicians to optimize the delivery flow.
- Be responsible for documentation, order materials, and reporting to internal systems.
- Participate in the development of routines and processes for delivery coordination and project management.
- Support the sales organization in quotation work and delivery planning for larger deals.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction after delivery.
- Responsible for escalated cases and follow-up on these.
- Responsible for our internal vehicle fleet, including service, damage cases, and purchases.
We believe you have:
- Experience in project management or coordination, preferably within logistics, delivery, or service.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple parallel projects running.
- The ability to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.
- IT proficiency and experience working in administrative systems.
- Driver's license B is a plus.
- The ability to work methodically, accurately, and with high quality even in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to handle varying workloads and the ability to prioritize.
- Confidence to make decisions independently.
