Job Description

We are now looking for another nurse to our team where we focus on collaboration, good communication, and joy at work.

• Permanent position 80-100 %

• Working hours during the day and every fourth weekend

• Start date is according to agreement

Does this description fit you?

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, have professional experience, and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues.

At our facilities, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but you will also make assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place at the facility. This provides you with a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
