We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant to a lively and cheerful 12-year-old girl whose free time consists of music, theater, shows, and lots of humor.

As an assistant, you will be an important part of her daily life, especially during weekday nights, where you will be there as a source of security and support. Day shifts may also occur from time to time. We are a large family with a lot of energy, humor, love, and warmth, and we are now looking for someone who wants to be a part of our everyday life.

Who are you?

We believe that you who are applying are a warm and social person with a big heart and a good sense of humor. Humor is important to us, as is the ability to meet our daughter at her level – with great patience, curiosity, and joy. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is certainly a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right personality and are easy to collaborate with.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and attentive, who can take initiative and feels confident in their role. You are smoke-free! Personal chemistry is important, so we are looking for someone who is positive, patient, and looks forward to becoming a significant part of our daughter's life.

About the role

As an assistant, you will support all aspects of daily life, and it is important that you can write and speak Swedish fluently, as documentation is required. Since you will be working around children, it is also important that you have a well-mannered language! Sometimes there may be activities outside the home, so you who are applying should enjoy being social and flexible – your presence will be an important part of our daughter's security and joy in everyday life.

Working hours: approximately 75%, awake nights. Day shifts may occur from time to time.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

Start date: October 1 or by agreement, lasting as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
