Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for knowledgeable customs administrators for upcoming needs with our customers in Gothenburg. We are looking for someone skilled in customs administration who enjoys combining accuracy with first-class service.

If you are a person who is passionate about structure and quality, while having an eye for detail and thriving in a dynamic environment, then you are the one we are looking for!

Your main responsibilities:

• Process import and export declarations according to applicable customs regulations
• Manage transit operations and associated documentation
• Support freight forwarders and other partners in customs-related matters
• Conduct thorough document checks to ensure correct information
• Administer customs warehouses and ensure that all processes are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation
• Continuously improve and develop customs administrative processes.

In the event of employment, you will initially be hired as a consultant through Aditro Logistics Staffing AB. The assignment is ongoing, and in the long term, there is the possibility of transitioning to our partner, provided that everything works well.

Scope: Full-time, Mon-Fri

Your Profile

• You have experience in customs administration and enjoy working in a structured and responsible manner.
• You have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and always ensure that everything is managed according to applicable regulations and timelines.
• You have an education in customs or logistics.
• You have good computer skills (Office suite and business systems)
• You master Swedish and English very well in both written and spoken form
