As the company and department grow, the team needs to be strengthened. It currently consists of an existing Repair Coordinator who will be your closest colleague. As a Repair Coordinator, you will be a key person in coordinating repairs of high technological complexity in a world-leading technology industry that has once been delivered to the customer. You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on the work for a team of 10 technicians. The role involves daily contact with both customers and internal departments, and you will have a central position where you see the whole picture with a great opportunity to influence qualitative work.

Job responsibilities may include, among others: 

- Receiving and registering repair cases in the system. - Planning and distributing work to technicians based on competence and workload. - Ensuring that documentation of completed work and cost estimates is correct. - Keeping the planning together and reprioritizing to meet timelines and customer requirements. - Collaborating with customers, logistics, purchasing, production, and other internal functions.

• Engineering education in logistics/management or equivalent
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous, with the ability to create order even when conditions change rapidly. You are communicative and can easily adapt your approach to different personalities, which allows you to quickly build trust in your relationships. The role requires drive and a willingness to develop in a dynamic environment, and you are motivated by being part of leading others through change processes.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
