Finance Assistant for Assignment in Arlandastad

Are you an experienced finance assistant who enjoys working with accounts receivable and accounts payable for multiple group companies? Do you also find it easy to adapt to a new assignment and work for several companies? Then this might be the role for you!

About the Role

We at Bemannar.nu are currently looking for a seasoned finance assistant for a full-time assignment starting immediately. You will be employed by us and leased to our client in Arlandastad. The assignment is not time-limited and can be extended or transition into a permanent position with the client.

In this role, you will primarily work continuously with accounts receivable and accounts payable, but also with other tasks that require accuracy and structure.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Invoicing – managing and sending customer invoices and following up on unpaid receivables.
• Incoming invoices – registering and matching supplier invoices.
• Payments – managing and executing payments to suppliers.
• Reconciliations – ensuring that accounts receivable and accounts payable are accurate.
• Support in financial reports by collecting and analyzing account information.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in similar tasks and preferably has worked with multiple companies within the same group. Familiarity with different financial systems is a plus. We prefer candidates who live in the northern suburbs of Stockholm.
