RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work with the residents of Klippan within municipal primary care, performing standard physiotherapeutic tasks, focusing on the needs of the residents and the best possible quality in everyday life. You will have a varied job where you promote activity and participation among users. You enable users to live an active and independent life based on their goals, conditions, and collaborate with the person's network. Your work will include conducting functional assessments, prescribing aids, and focusing on rehabilitation and habilitation. The job also includes guidance and instruction for users, relatives, and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who has a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Since the role involves many contacts and extensive documentation, it is important that you have good pedagogical skills and can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing. Experience working as a physiotherapist in a municipal rehabilitation setting or within regular and special housing is an advantage.
The role requires you to work independently, make decisions, and make your own assessments. We focus on the user and spend a lot of time with each individual, which requires patience and the ability to build trust. It is also important that you are attentive and have good collaboration skills.
You should have good computer skills and experience documenting in journal systems. A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
