We at Attendo are now looking for part-time assistant nurses or caregivers for Attendo Vårdbo in Åkersberga. Attendo Vårdbo Åkersberga is a care and nursing home with 24 places divided into two departments, a dementia department and a somatic department. We also have a social day activity with 10 places. Attendo Vårdbo is located by Åkers Canal, centrally in Åkersberga. We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people and making a real difference for customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life.
As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.
Job Description
As an assistant nurse or caregiver with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our elderly. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our elderly. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the day for our elderly.
It is an advantage if you have experience in care work in elderly care and delegation.
We are looking for you with assistant nurse training and experience in nursing work.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Personal care according to the organization’s routines based on the customer’s individual needs and wishes
- If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
- Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
- Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
- Write implementation plans.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
- Good computer skills/computer familiarity
- Meritorious:
- Experience in care work in elderly care
- Experience in delegation.
- Experience working in Epsilon and Appva.
- Assistant nurse training of at least 1350 points.
- Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
