About the Company

This position is staffed by Wikan Personal Hälsingland and will then transition to the customer.

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a service team and handle service assignments from customers on mobile forest machines. We primarily work with our customers within Sweden, but our machines can be found in many places around the world as well. Experience with mechanical work on machines - preferably forest machines. It is an advantage if you are good at communicating with customers who need support for their machines. Ability to read technical drawings and a B driver's license are required.

Examples of tasks:

Support customers during troubleshooting
Troubleshooting electrical issues in vehicles
Troubleshooting hydraulics
Selling spare parts
Warehouse assembly
Training drivers in connection with product delivery
Follow-up on deliveries
Problem-solving in the field

Your Background/Your Qualities

Experience working with mobile machines and the ability to communicate easily with colleagues and customers. Knowledge and experience in technical support are advantageous. You should have self-motivation and be able to work towards set goals. Initiative and being representative of our company and brand in an honest way while taking responsibility for the customer relationship.

As a person, you are structured, business-minded, attentive, and have good stress tolerance. English is a requirement in both spoken and written form.
