ABOUT THE POSITION

Gefle Wood is the family-owned company that processes high-quality wood products. They offer planing, wood protection treatment, and sales to the construction trade as well as fuel briquettes for larger heating plants. They now want to welcome another order administrator to the team. The assignment is long-term, and there are good opportunities to be internally employed by Gefle Wood in the long run, provided that the collaboration works well between all parties. To enter the role in the best way, you will receive an introduction and training to help you settle into the role effectively. There are a total of 14 employees in the company, and your colleagues work both in the office and in production. The position is full-time, weekdays from 07-16, and you are expected to work in the office in Hedesunda.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Manage and register orders
Handle transport administration and complaints
Input incoming timber into the inventory system
Communicate with customers, drivers, or other contracted parties
Be out in operations and production to check and gather data to update inventory levels in the system
Create and send invoices as well as handle simpler tasks within finance

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has previous work experience in administration, customer contact, or a service-oriented profession
Has a B driver's license and access to a car as there are no bus connections directly to the office
Has good system and computer skills

We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked in the construction trade, wood industry, or with similar tasks. It is also advantageous if you have previously worked in a business system.
