What will you do?

• Develop and implement strategic purchasing strategies to ensure delivery reliability and optimal costs.
• Be responsible for supplier selection, contract negotiations, and monitoring supplier performance. Identify and implement improvements in purchasing processes.
• Work closely with our operational buyers and contribute to project-based needs and calculations.
• Create efficient material flows focusing on electronics and high mix/low volume products.
• Conduct market analyses and environmental monitoring to find new suppliers and technologies.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, communicative, and enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical problem-solving.

You have:

• A relevant education in purchasing, economics, logistics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic and tactical purchasing, preferably from the electronics industry or technical environments.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to manage priorities under time pressure.
• Experience working with ERP systems and purchasing tools.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable experiences

• A background in the EMS industry or other electronics-based production.
• Experience in purchasing for high mix/low volume production.
