Recently, we have expanded our operations to also buy and sell used mobile phones, which will be a significant part of our future work!

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will daily meet our customers and represent the company outwardly. This requires high social competence, responsibility, and a drive for sales.

We are now looking for new team members for our store in Gävle. You will be the face of Fix My Phone and through your guidance and sales knowledge, you will together with the customer identify what needs to be addressed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then fix the device and follow up with the customer upon completion while working on upselling accessories and more to the customer. It is also crucial to meet all the customer's needs, both implicit and explicit. We work towards a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world as a whole, which is why it is important for us to ensure that the customer has the right accessories and protection for their phone after the repair to prevent future accidents. It is your task to sell these to the customer!

All new employees will undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle cash, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for individuals with high work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a real drive. You are responsible and keen on maintaining order and structure in your life, for your own and others' sake.

Previous experience in sales and tasks requiring dexterity are meritorious.

Salary: 25,000.00 SEK - 50,000.00 SEK per month

Other compensation in addition to fixed hourly wage.
