My name is Linnea Lundberg and about 4 years ago, I transitioned from working in a store with skincare treatments and sales to joining Rahmqvist as a sales representative responsible for my own district. I had not worked in B2B sales before, but I immediately felt that I wanted to work with the leader I had the interview with. The gut feeling was so strong, and I followed it! With a strong drive, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a market-leading group behind me, all the conditions for success were in place. After 1.5 years, I became a sales manager, another year later I became a sales director, and now I am the Division Manager for Delectum/Colorona in Sweden. I am incredibly grateful to have leaders who believe in me and have wanted to give me a journey in personal development. This is such a fantastic company to work for; it truly feels like I have found my place! And now I am looking for individuals who want to join this journey and develop personally and in sales.

Your everyday tasks will include:
Field Visits with Customers: You will be out meeting customers, building personal relationships, and understanding their unique needs. Being the face of Rahmqvist means you are our most important representative to our customers.
Product Demonstrations and Order Handling: You will demonstrate our specialized products in the work environment and help customers understand how these products improve their workplaces. At the same time, you will be responsible for taking and handling orders on-site.
Follow-up Visits and Relationship Maintenance: After establishing initial relationships, you will regularly return to customers to deepen the collaboration, solve any challenges, and ensure they are satisfied with our products and services.
Efficient Work with High Activity Level: You will be responsible for planning your work in a structured way to maximize efficiency. A high activity level is the key to success, and you will have the opportunity to independently drive and shape your day to achieve set goals.
