For our expanding production in Sweden, we are looking for a meticulous Operations and Supply Chain Analyst who will report to our Purchasing Manager. Here, you will develop and implement strategies for inventory management and optimization, work on continuous improvements, and interpret our metrics. You will play a key role in our production and collaborate with both internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers.

As an Operations and Supply Chain Analyst with us, you will:

• Optimize inventory levels and ensure that the right materials are available at the right time.
• Analyze material flows to identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Develop strategies to reduce inventory costs without compromising production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the production team and external suppliers to drive improvements in logistics and sustainability.

We are looking for an Operations and Supply Chain Analyst who:

• Has experience in supply chain management and inventory control.
• Is analytical, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working with data analysis. Wants to work in an innovative environment where you can influence and drive change.
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you are familiar with working in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics/SAP.

You thrive in working independently and have experience in driving projects from start to finish.
