We are a well-established company specializing in helping homeowners identify and prevent costly problems in their drainage systems. Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team of salespeople towards common goals.
- Support the team in planning and scheduling customer meetings, as well as conducting professional sales meetings.
- Actively engage in sales to set an example for the team.
- Follow up on the team's performance and provide regular feedback to improve results.
- Participate in and lead weekly meetings and conduct training sessions to develop the team's skills.
- Plan and schedule your own customer meetings via phone, door-to-door visits, or centrally generated leads.
- Conduct professional sales meetings where you present our services and help the customer make informed decisions.
- We provide a company car for all our salespeople, and if you are responsible and achieve good results, you may have the opportunity to use it as a company car.
- We offer a really good commission on top of the base salary, with several of our salespeople reaching up to 100,000 SEK/month.
- Occupational pension interpreted according to collective agreement (4.5% up to 47,000 SEK, then 30%).
- We have training with an external sales expert once a month.
- We organize sales competitions with great prizes, such as a group trip to Prague from a previous competition.
- When you start working, you will have a lot of freedom to manage your working hours and adjust when you choose to work to achieve the best possible results.
Profile:
- Natural leader with the ability to inspire and engage others.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and establish trust.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and solution-oriented.
- Good sales skills.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably face-to-face.
- Driver's license, automatic transmission.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working as a team leader or in similar leadership roles.
- Knowledge of sales to homeowners.

Start: Immediate
Salary: Base salary: 18,000 SEK/monthGuaranteed commission: 10,000 SEK/monthTotal guaranteed salary: 28,000 SEK/monthBonus structure and uncapped commission: Great potential for high income based on performance.
