Your future challenge

We at Iggesunds Bruk and the Maintenance department are now looking for an experienced maintenance technician who wants to develop together with us. Our department maintains the entire factory, and in this role, you will belong to the Cellulose section. As part of our team, you will ensure the important maintenance work needed for a well-functioning production.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and scheduling maintenance activities, primarily within the mechanical area for Cellulose maintenance. You will work with operational reliability and outcomes of completed actions and propose and drive improvements. Other tasks may include participating in projects for investments and new installations.

To succeed in the role

We see that you have a high school education in the field of mechanics. Alternatively, post-secondary vocational training or a vocational college in mechanics. In terms of work experience, we see that you have several years of professional experience in technical maintenance work, where you have worked with problem-solving and practical maintenance. A prerequisite for this is that you have previous work experience in the manufacturing and process industry. A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English are required.

You are a person who can work according to a clear process, where you organize and plan your work well. You enjoy working towards set goals and want to achieve good results. You like to collaborate with others and have the ability to find solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal.

Highly meritorious is experience in leadership and good knowledge of IFS or equivalent maintenance systems.
