Technicians Needed for Cable Installation

Do you enjoy working technically and want a physical job where you also face challenges that require accuracy and precision? We are now looking for technicians on behalf of our client, starting in January.

StudentConsulting is currently seeking four junior cable pullers/cable technicians for our client, who is Northern Europe's leading Infranet company specializing in planning, building, and maintaining society's vital electrical and telecommunications networks.

As a cable technician, you will travel to various locations to perform cable pulling. The work is done at high altitudes, in lifts, and involves pulling cable from point A to point B, and sometimes performing simpler installations. The work is done in pairs, as the work takes place in a lift, so you will alternate between working with cable pulling and being the lift attendant. The position starts in mid-November and is expected to last for three months, but hopefully longer. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a hired consultant at the client's location. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys this type of work and is interested in being trained in the industry. We prefer that you have ID06 and a driver's license (category B). Additionally, you do not need any prior knowledge or specific education, but it is certainly an advantage if you have completed some form of technical education, have electrical qualifications, or similar work experience. Finally, we want you to be efficient but meticulous and have a strong work ethic. A lift certificate is required for the position.
