Job dutiesAs a Service Advisor, you will plan, lead, and allocate the daily work for the workshop, as well as follow up to ensure that the work done meets deadlines and quality standards - from booking work, preparations, and receiving customers and vehicles. The role includes optimizing the workshop's operations and productivity. The tasks include receiving the workshop's customers both through customer visits and by phone, and preparing cost proposals for ordered repairs and service work.

• Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
• Follow up to ensure that efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all stages, from the first contact with the customer to the final delivery.
• Explain different courses of action and present various options based on the customer's needs.

Key competencies/skills:

• High school education Vehicle technical education or equivalent vocational training
• A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, where you have demonstrated good social skills and customer focus
• Good computer and phone skills
• Driver's license B
• Strong sense of service and the attitude to find the best solutions for your customers
• Goal- and result-oriented and have a high drive
