Summer Temporary Positions in Care and Support!

The Care Administration, with approximately 1275 employees, encompasses areas such as regular housing, special housing, HSL, short-term stays, as well as LSS and social psychiatry. In addition to the management team and line organization, there is a case management unit and support functions such as economists, HR, system administrators, and administrative support.

The Care Administration offers meaningful and significant work. Our goal is that care and support should be based on collaboration between the individual, relatives, and employees.

We are looking for summer temporary workers for all different operations; you can express a preference to work in home care, in elderly or dementia housing, in group housing/service housing as a personal assistant, or within social psychiatry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant - You assist care recipients based on their individual needs through help with personal care, cooking, household chores, shopping, and activities.
• habilitator - You provide individually tailored support to users in their daily lives. You work with individually adapted methods and structure, routines, and planning to strengthen users in their everyday lives.
• Personal Assistant - You support and help the user based on the individual's basic needs such as personal care, communication, leisure activities, training, performing work, household chores, and being involved in society.
• Caregiver - Within social psychiatry, you work with individuals with mental disabilities based on a user-oriented perspective and a pedagogical approach, where you support and coach individuals in their daily lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and attentive.
• A professional approach and commitment are important in the role.
• It is valuable for us if you have care and support education.
• If you have experience in elderly and disability care, it is an advantage.
• It is important that you can understand and express yourself well in Swedish.
• You should be at least 18 years old. If you are younger but studying care and support, you are welcome to apply.
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
• We apply reading and writing comprehension tests.
• A driving license (B) is an advantage.
