I am a woman in my 60s living centrally in Hassela. I am now looking for an assistant who can work with me during the day a few days per week/month.

The working hours are regularly scheduled between 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM on weekends.

My disabilities are caused by an acquired brain injury, which means I have difficulties communicating verbally and I use a wheelchair.

I need help with shopping, cooking, dressing and undressing, and cleaning, sometimes also with my hygiene. I live in my own house with a small garden that requires maintenance. I have my own car which you will occasionally help me drive.

Your job is a service role where your personal qualities will be crucial. You need to have a sense of responsibility, empathy, and initiative, and respect for personal integrity regarding both me and my relatives. You should be attentive and flexible, and preferably have a sense of humor. You should have patience with our communication as my ability to communicate verbally is impaired.

You should not be allergic to pets or sensitive to tobacco smoke as I am a smoker and have a cat.

If you have previous experience with similar tasks, it is a merit, but not a requirement. The most important thing for me is that you find it meaningful to enhance my life and that we work well together.

We offer all necessary introduction and training for all new employees, so you feel secure in your role as a personal assistant. You will also receive the training recommended by A-Assistans.
