Your new job as a childcare worker

We are now looking for someone who wants to develop children's abilities, knowledge, and self-confidence, and prepare them for life and the future.

You will work throughout the unit where there is a need. Sometimes this may involve different departments each day, but it may also mean spending a longer time in one department.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker. You have great commitment to your work as a childcare worker and are a reliable role model for our children. You enjoy working with others and contribute to good collaboration. You can communicate with children, staff, and guardians and have the ability to convey messages clearly. You take responsibility and are present with an approach that assumes all children can succeed. To communicate with children, guardians, and colleagues, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.
