We are now looking for another female colleague to join our team around a woman in Hudiksvall with a significant newly acquired brain injury. We are looking for someone who can contribute with knowledge, empathy, and support to make our client's everyday life as rich and independent as possible. The client lives in her own well-adapted villa. She appreciates humor, listening to books and music, art and culture, stimulation, and goal-oriented mental and physical training. The family is a safe point for both her and the staff.

The tasks include full assistance and care, which involves help with personal hygiene, transfers, training, communication, and other daily activities. All necessary aids are in place. You will be part of a team with lots of laughter, warmth, and a great sense of community. The shifts can be scheduled for day, evening, and night. Please note that night shifts involve awake, active assistance.

This position gives you the opportunity to make a concrete difference in another person's life. You have the ability to be attentive and flexible and easily adapt to the client's needs and wishes. If you have experience in personal assistance or other relevant work in care and support, it is an advantage, but great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is approximately 50% with good opportunities for more hours. Immediate start.
