About the Job as a Personal Assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with disabilities in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is, and your tasks mainly involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

Tasks

Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with transfers, household chores, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and quick to learn new tasks. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction to the customer and have access to training about the role of a personal assistant.

About the Position

We are looking for staff for fixed schedules with employment form For a certain period as long as the assistance assignment lasts and substitute staff, the salary form is hourly pay. The working hours vary according to the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends.
