OP Assistans is looking for individuals who want to work as personal assistants on shifts in Sandviken.

The work involves supporting a person with disabilities in their daily life, with the goal of creating conditions for a meaningful and independent life. You will be an important part of the customer's life and help with everything from personal care and daily chores, to leisure activities and social interaction. We have several customers in the area, so the tasks vary depending on who you work with. We match you with our customers' requirements to see if we have an assignment for you with any of our customers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a genuine interest in working with people
• Is responsible, attentive, and flexible
• Preferably has experience working as a personal assistant, or in another profession within care. But it is not a requirement. We value personal suitability and chemistry between you and the customer the most.
• Has a driver's license B
• Can work shifts
• Can work in Sandviken

Working hours and employment rate:

The shifts are scheduled on a 24-hour basis with waiting time. We are primarily looking for substitute employees who can work when needed.

To be employed with us at OP Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID for the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit personal certificates and any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download personal certificates on the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you need to be at least 18 years old.
