We are looking for a support assistant for Stugsund 2 group home in Söderhamn Municipality. The role includes providing support in everyday chores, planning, personal hygiene, cooking, social training, etc. You work according to implementation plans and goals to support individual needs and preferences. The working hours are around the clock and are adapted to the needs of the operation.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Educational background in nursing or equivalent
Experience in work according to LSS
Driver's license
Good communication skills in Swedish
