ABOUT THE POSITION
Green Cargo is the largest freight railway operator in Sweden. They are a sustainable logistics partner that, together with their customers, creates climate-smart and cost-effective transport solutions. They are now ready to welcome their next colleague as an office coordinator. Their operations in Gävle are in a strong growth phase, which means that their group managers need to be relieved of administrative tasks to focus on operational work. The consulting assignment is expected to last initially until summer, with a possibility of extension.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities are to act as support to two group managers in their daily work and, when needed, to other managers. You will work in a changing environment where you are expected to relieve a variety of tasks to free up time and enable the group managers to prioritize operational work. You will for example:
- Receive deliveries and manage the purchase of office supplies and work clothes
- Be responsible for the care of common areas in the business and vehicles, which may include booking inspections, tire changes, or servicing of leased cars
- Plan and structure internal training for employees and arrange permissions in various internal systems
- Work with onboarding/offboarding of employees
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous work experience in service, administration, or similar tasks
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish as it is required for communication with colleagues and customers
- Is accustomed to working with a computer as the primary work tool and has good knowledge of the Office package
- Has a B driver's license
