Business Strategist for Ljusdal Municipality

About the role:

As a business strategist, you are a key person in our work to analyze, evaluate, and improve the municipality's operations, processes, and strategies. Your work is based on a service-oriented mindset with a focus on the residents' needs. You identify problems and challenges, develop solutions, and implement improvements that contribute to a more efficient organization and higher quality in our services.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for business development in line with the municipality's overall goals.
Work on business planning, monitoring, reporting, and quality development in Stratsys.
Conduct analyses to identify areas for improvement and propose relevant actions.
Coordinate and ensure compliance with strategic documents.
Support sector managers and other managers in their business planning and change work.
Drive and participate in cross-sectoral development projects.
Promote and integrate innovation, digitalization, and sustainability in development work.

Qualifications

Master's degree in public administration, sustainable development, political science, or equivalent.
Certification in PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent project management methodology, as well as PROSCI or equivalent in change management.
