About the role

Working as an accounting consultant at Aspia means that you will be involved in developing our clients' businesses, while you yourself grow and are challenged together with your colleagues in everyday life.

The work is primarily done at our own office but may also take place at the client's premises. We always work in teams on our assignments and you will have a close collaboration with your colleagues. Together, we ensure a high-quality delivery to our clients!

As a junior accounting consultant, your main tasks will primarily consist of:

• Continuous bookkeeping
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Monthly reconciliations
• Reporting to the client

Who are you?

For this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Is studying/has studied economics at university, college, or vocational college and will graduate by September 2025 or January 2026 at the latest.
• We would like you to meet the theoretical knowledge requirements for becoming an authorized accounting consultant upon graduation (for information, read more at www.far.se (https://www.far.se)).
• Furthermore, we also see that you master Swedish fluently in speech and writing, as well as have good knowledge of English.

In order for you to thrive and develop in the role of accounting consultant with us, we believe that you are a driven person who enjoys a relationship-building role where customer care, advice, and service are in focus. You thrive in customer interactions, find it easy to establish trusting contacts, and possess good communication skills.

As we work in teams, we believe it is good if you enjoy working closely with your colleagues and have the ability to collaborate with others. Furthermore, we also see that you are good at adapting to new situations and have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Practical about the position

• The position is full-time with a primary start date in September 2025 or January 2026. We apply a six-month probationary period.
• Location: Bollnäs.
