Job Responsibilities

To ensure Sweden's disease control and animal welfare functions properly, we need to have good control over our animals, which means we need well-functioning registers. In the animal registry unit, we are responsible for the quality of registers for, among other things, livestock and horses, and we are now looking for a new administrator with a sense of customer service and development who wants to strengthen our friendly team.

As an administrator with us, you will work on handling reporting and registrations in our registers, compiling information and statistics, issuing permits, and providing our customers with good service via phone, email, and e-services.

You will manage large flows of cases and processing related to several of our registers, but you can also take a deeper responsibility for a specific register where you become the expert. We are a team of about 20 employees in the unit and work together as a team.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma who has at least two years of experience in customer service via phone and email, as well as good computer skills in the Office suite and a quick ability to learn new IT systems. It is a plus if you have experience in case administration or have worked with large amounts of data in Excel. Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required for the job, as well as the ability to communicate fluently in English.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who puts the customer first with an ability to work systematically. Furthermore, we see that you have good teamwork skills with a desire to drive development. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to handle stress constructively and adapt to changing conditions.
