About the positionAt Dala Industrisupport, we are growing and are now looking for another star to strengthen our delivery department! Our success is based on delivering the right candidates to the right clients, and as a Delivery Manager, your main task will be to create and maintain a broad network of candidates while developing processes and tools to ensure an outstanding candidate and client experience.

You will work closely with our sales team, where your role will be crucial in delivering qualified candidates for each project. At Dala Industrisupport, we share a passion for the industry, and we expect you to also be passionate about our clients' operations and success. Responsibilities-Building and maintaining a large network of candidates.-Developing processes and tools for smooth delivery to clients and candidates.-Ensuring high visibility and impact on digital channels such as LinkedIn and Meta.-Delivering qualified candidates and creating security for our sales team and clients.

About youWe are looking for someone with several years of experience in recruitment or candidate management who wants to develop within a specialized industry. Even if you do not have direct experience in industrial production, it is important that you have an interest in the industry and manufacturing processes and enjoy working in industrial environments.

You thrive on meeting people with different backgrounds and professional experiences. At the same time, you enjoy working independently and have the ability to structure and plan your own work to provide the best possible service to both candidates and colleagues. As we are a growing company, we value your problem-solving skills and flexibility, with the ability to quickly adapt to new priorities.

Qualifications-Previous experience as a recruiter, or familiarity with interviews and candidate management in a similar role.-Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.-Experience in planning and structuring work, preferably in recruitment processes.-Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.

Preferred qualifications-Relevant education in HR, behavioral science, or similar.-Experience working with the recruitment tool Teamtailor.-Experience in search and recruitment via LinkedIn.-Previous experience in a role within the industrial sector.
