As a case officer with a focus on LSS, you will work to investigate and assess the need for interventions according to LSS legislation, as well as make decisions and follow up on interventions concerning the target group regardless of the applicant's age, meaning we handle both child and adult cases.

You will work to ensure legal security and participation according to IBIC, and the work involves close collaboration both within the municipality and with external parties.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in social work or another education that we assess as equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge from working with authority exercise within LSS and with the Individual's Needs in Focus (IBIC).

You have the ability to prioritize and work systematically with an inclination and great interest in social work. You find it easy to work independently and take your own initiatives but also enjoy collaborating with others. We see you as a confident person with good communication skills with others both verbally and in writing, and you have an interest in being involved in the unit's joint development work with a focus on LSS. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the position:
The position is a permanent employment. A probationary period may be applied. Immediate start or according to agreement.

About the recruitment process:
