This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents.• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.• Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.• We are constantly working to create new, exciting activities for our residents. For example, we have introduced VR technology that allows for experiencing different trips, adventures, or games through VR glasses. As a nursing assistant, you are extremely important!Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious.Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important.
