I am looking for someone who wants to become an important part of my and my family's daily life. I am a 47-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis living centrally with my partner and our 8-year-old child. In my daily life, I need support with both practical tasks at home and personal care.

Since I have a younger child, it is a big plus if you enjoy being around children. For me, it is important that the assistance is not only about help but also about creating a functioning, pleasant, and warm environment for the whole family.

I have several interests such as fashion, interior design, and creativity (drawing and painting), and my personality is characterized by being cheerful, social, positive, goal-oriented, and meticulous. There is also a dog in the home, and sometimes we travel to our cabin in Norrland, where you are welcome to join if possible.

- Employment type: Temporary position approximately 70% for about 4 months, with the possibility of extension.

- Planned start: estimated 10/11 2025 (may be earlier/later).

- Working hours: Weekdays with day shifts 07:00–16:00 and evening shifts 16:00–23:30.

- Practical tasks at home.

- Personal care and transfers.

- Support in activities with children and everyday errands.

- Meticulous, attentive, responsible, and flexible.

- Empathetic and understanding of other people's needs, with the ability to take initiative.

- Experienced in working closely with families and children.

- Driver's license.

- Experience working with children.

- Able to work the hours specified in the advertisement.

- Out of consideration for the user's privacy, we only recruit female applicants.

- Experience in care and support.

- Knowledge of Finnish is a plus.

- Due to allergies, we unfortunately cannot accept applications from cat owners.

- A dog is present in the home.
