I am a man in my 30s looking for up to two new assistants for my team. I have extensive care and support needs, requiring double assistance around the clock. I live with my family in Holmsund, about 16 km outside Umeå.

As a personal assistant to me, you will become an important part of my daily life. Your work is crucial for my safety, quality of life, and independence. As my assistant, you will have a meaningful job where you truly make a difference every day!

You will, among other things:

• Assist me with transfers and personal care
• Provide practical and social support in everyday life
• Actively participate in routines and activities
• Create a stable, positive, and respectful environment
• Work either day/evening or awake night, in close collaboration with me and the rest of the team.

• Speaks and understands Swedish very well (I have a weak voice)

• Not allergic to pets or afraid of dogs (a dog is present in the home)
• For personal reasons, I am seeking female assistants.

⏰ Working hours & scope

Day/evening:

• 08:00–16:30
• 10:00–18:00
• 16:30–22:30

Night:

• 22:30–08:00
• 22:30–10:00

Scope: up to 100%
We are also looking for on-call substitutes as needed.

Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: According to agreement + terms according to collective agreement
