We are looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant.

Your Mission:

As a personal assistant, you will support and help a young man with multiple disabilities who is tube-fed and has a great need for care to live an independent life. Your mission includes supporting everything that arises in everyday life, such as training, transfers, personal hygiene, and care, as well as daily chores at home and at the person's workplace. Your contribution is extremely important for the user to be able to live as qualitatively and independently as possible.

The user's areas of interest include music, swimming, sensory stimulation, cycling, being outdoors, and much more. As a personal assistant, you provide good care of high quality based on the user's individual needs and conditions. You need to be able to work independently in solitary work with great responsibility while having good collaboration skills towards relatives and employers. Documentation, adherence to routines, and a professional approach are a natural part of the responsibility.

Your Competence and Experience

Requirements
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job.
- Very good personal suitability

Meritorious
- Education in care, such as nursing programs or other equivalent education.
- Previous experience working as a personal assistant or similar care work.

Salary Range
