About the job

As a customer service representative, you will handle customer inquiries in Danish and English via phone, email, and chat. Your primary task will be to identify the customer's needs and guide them to a solution in a professional and pedagogical manner.

The position starts with a paid introductory training so that you feel completely comfortable before you start handling customer inquiries. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and good opportunities for professional development within customer service, administration, and support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed a secondary education (or equivalent)
• Is communicative, curious, and solution-oriented
• Speaks and writes Danish and English fluently
• Has experience from customer service, call center, support, or other service jobs – an advantage, but not a requirement
