Your responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will respond to customer inquiries in Finnish and English via phone, email, and chat. Your task is to identify the customer's needs and provide solutions clearly, kindly, and professionally.

The job starts with a paid introductory training, during which you will receive all the necessary support and knowledge. Additionally, continuous training and good career development opportunities in customer service, administration, and support functions are offered.

We expect from you:

• Completed secondary education
• Excellent Finnish and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-oriented attitude
• Experience in customer service, call center work, customer support, or other service industry roles is an advantage, but not essential
