The Psychiatric Reception C Sundsvall is a specialist psychiatric outpatient clinic within the County Psychiatric Services.

At the clinic, we primarily work with assessment, investigation, and treatment for patients with neuropsychiatric disabilities as well as other specialist psychiatric issues. We accept patients aged 18 and older. Treatment consists of therapeutic interventions both individually and in groups, psychoeducational interventions, and medication treatment. At the clinic, we work in a team with broad expertise in the form of psychologists, nurses, doctors, social workers, treatment assistants, occupational therapists, dietitians, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries.

We are now looking for a medical secretary to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment starting on 2025-05-01 or by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

As a medical secretary, you will work with:

• Dictation writing
• Patient booking
• Invoice management
• Mail handling

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary

It is advantageous if you

• Have previous experience as a medical secretary
• Have experience with the journal system Cosmic
