In the Väster primary care area, in addition to five health centers, there are operations at Sollefteå Hospital, emergency department, medicine, cardiology, geriatrics, rehabilitation, neurology, and cross-county assignments. The county assignments include 1177 (health guide by phone), youth clinics, FBHV (Parent and Child Health Psychologists), and the Child and Youth Entrance for ages 7-17 for mental health and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen.

Our health centers vary in size, with two larger and three smaller, but all have the professional functions required in primary care. We have a close collaboration with each other, which is a strength!

We are now looking for a Medical Secretary for Primary Care Ådalen. The position is a full-time temporary position with a start date by agreement until 2025-08-31. There is an opportunity for digital work in dialogue with the organization.

Medical Secretary for Primary Care Ådalen

Job Responsibilities

This role means that you will work collaboratively for Primary Care Ådalen. As a medical secretary with us, you have a very important and varied job. Your tasks will include:

• Working administratively with healthcare documentation such as diagnosis registration
• Writing dictations
• Performing other administrative tasks and mail handling. You will use the NCS Cross journal system to assist you.
• Reception shifts with cash handling may occur. In the reception, you are our face to the outside and meet and guide patients at the health center.

We have a holistic perspective regarding healthcare administrative services, and everyone shares responsibility for the whole.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is an educated medical secretary or has other relevant education that the employer assesses as equivalent
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in primary care
