About the role

We are looking for a Power Platform Specialist who takes overall responsibility for our automation platform, focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Microsoft Fabric. You will establish structure and governance, develop solutions in collaboration with the business, and increase usage through training and best practices. The role suits you if you are a self-driven doer who drives change and continuous improvements, while also being communicative, pedagogical, and attentive, and comfortable in dialogue with both end-users and stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities

• Own and further develop the Power Platform environment: environments, licenses, permissions, data sources, and governance.

• Design and build apps, flows, and Power BI reports/dashboards; ensure data model quality and sharing (RLS).

• Explore and implement AI solutions with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

• Integrate Power Platform with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Azure SQL, Dataverse).

• Set guidelines/standards (naming, data modeling, ALM/DevOps) and document.

• Train and support users; establish an internal Center of Excellence.

• Participate in strategy and roadmap for automation, data platform, and digitization.

About you

• Several years of experience with Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI (DAX/Power Query, visualization).

• Experienced in taking platform responsibility and implementing structure that reduces dependency on individuals.

• Good understanding of system integration, REST APIs, and data modeling.

• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Entra ID/Azure AD.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Warehouse).

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications: PL-100/200/400/600 and/or Azure.

• RPA (Power Automate Desktop) and AI Builder.

• ALM/DevOps for Power Platform (solutions, pipelines), established governance, and environment strategy.

• Understanding of ITIL/IT Service Management.
