We are looking for a driven and strategic leader who wants to take responsibility for developing our offerings in Data & AI – in a role where you combine business development with customer engagement. As a Lead, you will drive the Automation & AI agenda by leveraging a strong portfolio of offerings within the Data & AI business area, creating new engagements in Sweden and delivering real customer value. Alongside these efforts, you will gradually build a team around you to scale the business, in close collaboration with other parts of the business area. You will have the opportunity to build competence, develop strategies, and create innovative digital solutions that make a real difference for our customers. You will be a driving force in international collaborations, act as a delivery expert, and work closely with different business areas to create holistic solutions.

Your distribution between sales/delivery and scaling the business is expected to be 50/50, with an emphasis on customer engagement as building blocks for continued growth.

You will be part of a global organization, leading strategic initiatives, building competence, and actively participating in customer dialogues, presales, projects, and ensuring that new technology is utilized for real value. The role also involves collaboration across business areas and borders, as well as establishing Columbus as a leading player in Automation & AI in Sweden. In this role, you will report directly to Anna Sandell - Head of Data & AI Sweden. Additionally, you will have the chance to recruit the best consultants in the industry and build strong relationships with key individuals at our technology partners.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting and digital transformation, as well as at least two years of experience in Automation, AI, and Microsoft’s Power Platform.

• Industry experience in manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Retail & Distribution, or Life Science is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Please note that communicating fluently in Swedish and English is a requirement for this position. We do not offer VISA or relocation, and a Swedish residency is a must.
