Job Description

We are now looking for a technical project leader who can lead the work with technical information and is responsible for a successful delivery to one of our largest customers.

Within the field of Technical Information, about 45 dedicated and driven employees work in various roles with technical information for gas turbines. They create, manage, and deliver a large amount of information products to both internal and external customers. They are constantly seeking opportunities to improve their products and streamline their processes to actively work towards higher customer satisfaction.

It is important that you have a strong personal drive and enjoy collaborating across different interfaces. Together, you create quality-assured information products that are delivered according to the customer's requirements and wishes.

The assignment is on-site at the customer in Finspång.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for delivery, budget, and coordination for your team.

You will drive 5–15 sub-projects in various project phases.

You ensure that the information products meet the requirements according to contracts and specifications.

You are responsible for coordinating activities with all functions within the project group as well as external customers.

You participate in and drive internal projects and development within the department.

Working as a project leader in the Technical Information department is exciting and developing. There is also a wide range of extra assignments and tasks to work on alongside your projects.

Qualifications

Higher education or other relevant education. It is an advantage if you have some years of work experience.

Experience in project management/leadership is an advantage.

A desire to lead, coordinate, and create project teams with good cohesion.

Easy to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customers and enjoy working in teams.

Good system understanding and are skilled at handling systems and applications.

Fluent in both Swedish and English, additional language skills are an advantage.

In your work, you are structured and meticulous.
