Responsibilities

As an IT Coordinator at SULF, you will have broad responsibility for planning and developing SULF's IT environment. The work alternates between strategic initiatives and concrete operational tasks. From analysis, requirement specification, and system development to ongoing internal support and technical coordination.

You are responsible for leading SULF's digitalization group, driving prioritized projects, and ensuring that internal and external parties work towards the same goals. The role also involves close contact with external IT suppliers and responsibility for licenses, documentation, procurement, and operational issues. An important part of the work also concerns SULF's CRM system. Here, you will become a key person in member services, improvement work, and potential future system changes.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Lead the digitalization group and drive development projects

• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers within IT operations, support, hardware, and software

• Work strategically and operationally with SULF's IT environment and ensure system integrations

• Handle licenses, contracts, updates, and IT documentation

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent work experience

• Experience of working broadly within IT

• Experience with CRM systems

• Meritorious with work experience in the higher education sector or other public sector activities

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
