IT Technician at Nordlo Improve
Are you an engaged IT technician with deep knowledge of servers, applications, and client management? Do you want to be part of a team that works closely with customers to create stable, efficient, and secure IT environments? Then this might be the job for you! Nordlo Improve is growing, and we are now looking for new colleagues to strengthen our IT department.
About the role
As an IT technician with us, you will be an important part of one of our customer teams, where you work closely with one or a few designated customers to create long-term solutions. You will work both operationally in daily operations and participate in projects together with colleagues and customers. The role is varied and combines technical depth with customer contact.
Your daily work includes:
- Incident management and in-depth troubleshooting
- Operation, maintenance, and further development of customers' IT environments
- Management of Active Directory and Entra ID
- Automation, standardization, and optimization of IT environments
- Participation in various types of projects, such as migration and implementation projects
- Driving customer dialogues and participating in customer forums
About you
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in operations within a Microsoft environment with associated platforms and services. You are self-driven, take initiative, and thrive in a role where you can combine responsibility with teamwork. You have strong problem-solving skills, an analytical approach, and a genuine interest in technology and improvement work.
We see that you have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Server and application operations (e.g., server setups, patching, and monitoring)
- Installation and configuration of clients
- Active Directory and Entra ID (GPO, PKI, ADFS)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex IT environments
- Familiar with working with Powershell
- Participation in or driving projects
- Experience with customer dialogues and working in customer-facing roles
It is a plus if you have experience with SCCM/MEMCM and Intune.
Many of our customers use Swedish as their corporate language, which means you need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
