About the assignment 🧩 The assignment involves work in an established ERP environment where Unit4 Webinfo together with the Planner module is used for financial administration and financial planning of budgets and forecasts. The focus is on further developing and managing the solution based on the organization's needs and ensuring a robust and reliable system support. The application is used, among other things, for budget and forecast for projects and cost centers, project budget follow-up, and monitoring of costs and revenues related to result responsibility.

Your tasks 🛠️ The role includes ongoing consulting support for the management and further development of Unit4 Planner and Webinfo. The work involves handling support cases, troubleshooting, and adjustments in the existing solution as well as further development where you act as expert support in decisions on how changes should be implemented. During critical periods related to budget and forecasting work, the assignment may also involve stand-by for quick troubleshooting and error handling.

Your profile 👤 You have very good knowledge of Unit4 Webinfo and solid experience with the Planner module. You have worked in operational assignments within financial administration and have a good understanding of budget, forecasting, and follow-up processes. You easily grasp complex organizations and use your system and process understanding to provide qualified advisory support.

Personal qualities 🌟 You are analytical, structured, and self-driven with a proactive approach. You thrive in the role of a sounding board for the organization and have the ability to suggest improvements in both system support and processes in a pedagogical manner. You are communicative, responsible, and used to collaborating with both IT and the business.

Remote work 🏠 Up to 100% remote work. The exact extent is decided in consultation with the client and can be adjusted during the assignment.

Assignment period ⏳ April 1, 2026 – April 30, 2028, with an option for extension of 1 + 1 year, at most until April 30, 2030.

Scope 📊 Approximately 20% of full-time.
